[ Music Executive, Producer, Mentor. ]

Born and shaped in the creative chaos of 1990s Ukraine—when a tidal wave of global music suddenly poured into the post-Soviet world—Igor began as the teenage frontman of Kocmozoo. After going through the full set of struggles every emerging artist knows, he made himself a promise early on: to understand how music can become not just a calling, but a sustainable way of life.
That promise pulled him behind the scenes. Igor led Revolution Film Service, a leading cinema-equipment rental, and helped build Revolution Group, a post-production cluster with several recording studios creating music for advertising and mainstream pop. He then moved into television as Executive Producer of the Ukrainian adaptation of the international TV format “Soapstar Superstar” (Granada Entertainment), and later as producer of the documentary film “Century Old Find” and Executive Producer of the Polish TV channel UA24.
In the early 2010s he returned fully to music and founded Enjoy Records, an artist-management company and independent label. Over more than a decade he built long-term strategies for his roster; one of his key artists, Jamala, whom he managed and produced for 12 years, went on to win Eurovision 2016 for Ukraine. In 2017 Igor co-founded Kyiv Lights Festival, an international light and media-art event that turned the city into a canvas for sound, architecture and technology.
Today he runs the jazz and neoclassical label Promin Records, consults artists and their teams on strategy—from studio to release and live—and, with a base in Valencia, develops music and media-art projects across Europe.
